international headquarters located in Tampa, Florida. The
Company is engaged in the development and marketing of quality
vision plans (not insurance) to: |

companies, banks, credit unions and private label clients.

With the advent of selling products through the internet, ECI
now is using its experience and knowledge to offer its ECI
Vision Plan to individuals on line. In doing this, ECI has
streamlined the buying process by allowing an individual to
purchase the plan directly on line at dramatically reduced
costs. The individual also is enabled to receive his/her plan
immediately over the internet after it is purchased, thus
dramatically reducing ECI’s distribution costs. |
