By enrolling in the ECI Vision Plan, you gain access to a
premier national network of over 12,000 participating
provider locations throughout the United States. Included
are outstanding opticians, ophthalmologists, optometrists and
optical centers. All providers are qualified through a special
process that includes verifying professional credentials,
licenses and liability coverage. Our network is the only
national discount network that includes ophthalmologists (MDs)
who have agreed to charge you substantially lower fees for all
of their services including exams and medical & surgical
procedures. |

Once enrolled, you simply select one of the participating
providers and call for an appointment when needed. At your
appointment, you present your Membership Certificate to
the provider to identify yourself as a ECI Vision Plan Member.
You then will be charged the guaranteed lower costs your plan
provides for. It’s that simple! |
